BRIEF HISTORY

Treble Accountants (formerly Leo Treble and Associates) was established in 1998 by Leo Treble in Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo.

Leo has worked in the Kangaroo Flat area for over 30 years in Taxation and 19 years in Financial Planning.

The philosophy that guides our practice is to be ethical, honest and caring in all our dealings in an environment of mutual trust and respect with our clients.

Our point of difference is that we genuinely care for our clients and provide them with the financial services to assist them at each of life’s different stages including Single, Married, Married with Children, Empty Nesters, Divorce or Death of Partner, Investors, Business and Retirement/Aged Care.

Specifically, the financial services we provide to our clients are Taxation and Financial Planning (in association with STB Advisory Pty Ltd).

Far from being a typical Accountant/Financial Planner, Leo has a warm, engaging personal style with both a strategic and detailed perspective.He has worked as an Accountant since 1987, and additionally as a Financial Planner since 1998.

Leo has extensive experience in public practice in compliance work, through to the more complex tax advice, business advice or financial planning matters.Leo is a member of CPA Australia and the National Tax and Accountants Association.

Community minded, Leo has been involved with various community groups and not for profit organisations, as either a general committee member or Treasurer.

JENNY SLADE
ACCOUNTANT
DIP ACCOUNTING 

Jenny worked in Local Government prior to having her children.

She later returned to work and has been with Treble Accountants since 1998, in both the Accounting and Financial Planning divisions of the business.

Jenny has extensive experience in Public Accounting, currently working as an Accountant within the firm and specialises in individual, small business, and Self Managed Superannuation Fund clients, completing financial statements, Business Activity Statements, tax returns, and other business advisory work using a large variety of accounting software.

Jenny also enjoys being involved with family, grandchildren and extended family.

KAREN LLOYD
ACCOUNTING
SUPPORT

Karen has worked as a Bookkeeper since 2002, and in an Accountant support role with our firm since 2014.

She has extensive experience as a Senior Bookkeeper and Office Management in the construction industry and not for profit sector.

Previously, Karen was a Registered Building Practitioner; owning and operating a franchisee company.

Karen has served as a Treasurer with various local clubs, and for some years was Finance Director of Powerlifting Australia Inc.

ADMINISTRATION

Narelle has worked with Treble Accountants since 1998, as the front person for the business.

Clients are immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable on arrival with Narelle’s quiet and warm personality.

Her previous experience was in administration in the retail industry.

She enjoys working with the public, and liaising with our clients.

Narelle loves family life and enjoys travel.
